Anthony Banks.
The brief was to stand out against the 'corporate'
medical profession.
I decided to laser etch 361L stainless steel due to the usage of the metal in orthopaedic surgery both in transplants and surgical equipment. I juxtaposed this modern use of material with classical typography, to represent the heritage of the profession.
